In this role, you will be responsible for understanding Sales department needs and translating them into clear, well-structured, solution-oriented functional and technical requirements—supporting system evolution, continuous process improvement, and platform integration. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Professional with solid experience as a Systems Analyst, Requirements Analyst, or Product Owner; * Acting as the interface between business (with focus on Sales/Commercial) and IT; * Experience translating business demands into functional and technical requirements, facilitating stakeholder meetings, mapping and improving commercial processes, and participating in agile projects (Scrum/Kanban); * Participation in defining technical solutions involving API integrations, SAP, and Java—ensuring ongoing alignment between business and technology; * Experience in cross-functional roles, with prior work in the pharmaceutical and/or retail sectors and programming background. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in technology-related fields; * Knowledge of commercial processes, preferably in the retail segment; * Strong technical foundation in Java and SQL, with experience in PostgreSQL and Oracle databases; * Experience with API-based integrations, SAP systems, and Azure DevOps tools (Boards, Repos, Wiki, Pipelines, Storage); * Experience with middleware services and Big Data platforms; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); * Experience with infrastructure, especially OpenShift, Grafana, ActiveMQ, and DataDog; * Experience using Azure DevOps and Jira. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * PDS (Superior Performance Bonus); * Partnerships and Agreements (SESC, universities, restaurants, leisure, culture, etc.); * Educational Development Platform and Development Programs; * Pregnancy Program; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher or Food Voucher; * TotalPass; **Working Hours**: 08:00 to 18:00 **Location**: Vila Olímpia **Work Model**: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite).
