As a Junior Procurement Analyst \- PwD, what will your challenges be? * Manage procurement processes, performing proactive portfolio management, defining category strategies and guidelines, and ensuring compliance with all applicable stages, regulations, and rules. * Acquire goods/services safeguarding the company's interests, minimizing exposure to risks, ensuring optimal cost-benefit, delivery performance, payment terms, and process compliance. * Promote commercial competition for spot purchases and contracts. * Interact with internal clients to align requirements and develop new products/services. * Stay attentive and updated on sector opportunities, monitoring market movements and trends that can be incorporated into procurement activities. * Propose and implement business improvements such as cost reduction, lead time reduction, and process enhancement. * Develop technical analyses to build procurement scenarios and support decision-making (internal analysis, process flow mapping, market research, cost analysis). * Identify opportunities (new solutions, suppliers, etc.), contributing to continuous process improvement and serving as the focal point for support. **Benefits:** To be determined **Required Qualifications:** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with a 2-hour lunch break. **You must have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Availability to work 100% on-site. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. **Desirable qualifications:** * Experience in procurement. * Knowledge of SAP and ServiceNow (a plus). **About the company:** Founded in 1956 with the goal of promoting inclusion and social development, Fundação Bradesco provides free, high-quality education to thousands of people.
