Job Summary: Expert Research is seeking a Data Analyst and Automation Specialist to support the team in organizing data, creating dashboards, and improving operational processes, working alongside project managers. We partner with global companies to conduct qualitative and quantitative studies for major brands. We are looking for a **Data Analyst and Automation Specialist** to support the team in organizing data, creating dashboards, and improving operational processes. Key Responsibilities: * Create **operational dashboards and reports** for project monitoring * Automate internal processes and reduce manual tasks for the team * Organize and structure research databases * Support questionnaire programming and validation as needed * Develop simple solutions to improve operational efficiency * Support integrations between tools (CRM, WhatsApp, automation platforms, etc.) * Collaborate with project managers to improve workflow and data analysis Requirements: * Advanced Excel skills * Strong data logic and information organization ability * Experience with **dashboards (Power BI, Looker Studio or similar)** * Basic knowledge of **automation or scripting (Python, SQL or similar)** * Analytical mindset and interest in technology and process improvement * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in **market research or research data** * Experience with **APIs, automation, or tool integrations** * Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) * Experience automating WhatsApp or CRM systems Ideal Candidate Profile: * Curious and proactive individual * Enjoys solving problems and improving processes * Interested in technology and automation * Organized and data-oriented professional Compensation: starting at R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in São Paulo, SP
