**Position Mission**
Manage construction and engineering service contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, deadlines, costs, technical quality, and project profitability, acting as the primary liaison among client, operations, and internal support departments.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with scope, deadlines, and contractual clauses
* Monitor physical\-financial schedules, progress measurements, and contract billing
* Control costs, margins, and financial results of projects under responsibility
* Conduct negotiations regarding contract amendments, price adjustments, extensions, and other contractual claims
* Serve as the client’s focal point, leading periodic meetings and alignment sessions
* Integrate engineering, planning, procurement, and finance departments for contract execution
* Ensure document organization, contractual compliance, and mitigation of legal risks
* Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements in contract execution
* Lead teams involved in contracts, promoting alignment and operational performance
**Common Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
* Experience in managing construction or engineering service contracts
* Knowledge of budgeting, construction planning, and contract analysis
* Experience in client negotiation and financial performance management
