Challenges and Learning Opportunities: The Layer Up content team is responsible for delighting clients (and their customers) through relevant content — regardless of format, topic, or industry. Far beyond ensuring writing quality, the team also values strategic alignment and producing materials that add value and generate results. It is a dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented team that combines diverse expertise and a passion for collaboration to manage our clients’ communications. Responsibilities: Supporting editorial reviews; Producing blog posts; Creating high-complexity rich media content; Developing social media content calendars and posts; Producing newsletters; Optimizing content for SEO; Creating landing pages; Writing copy for search, display, and pop-up ad networks; Communicating across various content formats; Mastering core digital marketing fundamentals; Learning each client’s unique characteristics; Understanding agency processes; Familiarity with key tools. Requirements Intermediate Excel proficiency; Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations (in progress or completed) or related fields; Prior experience as a Journalist or Content Analyst in Marketing/Advertising agencies and/or in corporate marketing departments; Content production for digital platforms. Desirable Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in related fields; Basic knowledge of digital marketing and inbound marketing; Analytical ability; Organizational skills; Focus on production; Strong interpersonal skills; Creativity.
