




Job Summary: Work as a Planning Analyst, focusing on monitoring and operational control of ATMs, ensuring targets, schedules, and continuous improvement, with delivery management and performance indicators. Focus on continuous improvement and deadline assurance In this position, you will serve as a Planning Analyst, focusing on monitoring and controlling operational activities related to ATM (automated teller machine) installation and activation, ensuring achievement of established targets, adherence to schedules, and continuous process improvement. You will be responsible for developing and monitoring performance indicators, consolidating strategic information, and supporting delivery management with internal departments and clients. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor, plan, and distribute ATMs to regional warehouses to meet the monthly activation target. * Update and disseminate departmental indicators. * Prepare and distribute schedule tracking reports. * Maintain relationships with internal and external customers through participation in follow-up meetings. * Monitor planning coordinated with execution teams to ensure expected deadlines and quality, avoiding impact on overall planning. * Ensure planning is executed within scheduled dates. * Formalize meeting minutes via e\-mail. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in planning, operational control, logistics, industrial maintenance, or production. * Experience with performance indicators, schedules, and management reports. * Advanced Excel (data analysis, dashboards, dynamic charts, formulas, and data consolidation). * Advanced Power BI (report and indicator development). * Knowledge of logistical or operational processes. * Ability to analyze and track deadlines, targets, and deliverables. * Ability to lead meetings with various internal teams. Desirable Differentiators: * Experience in field operations or equipment deployment (e.g., ATMs, POS, telecom, etc.). * Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Planner, etc.). * Basic knowledge of quality management and continuous improvement (PDCA, Kaizen, Lean). **Additional Information:** * Compensation: R$6\.053,84 CLT \+ medical and dental insurance, meal allowance (VR), transportation allowance (VT), and life insurance; * Work model: Hybrid, with 2–3 days per week onsite. * Location: Barra Funda. * Temporary contract for 6 months, extendable or converted to permanent.
