Job Summary: We are seeking an Institutional Development Manager to lead the strategy for institutional relationships, resource mobilization, communication, and accountability, with direct interface with the presidency, board of directors, donors, and partners. Coordinate institutional communication initiatives and brand positioning We are looking for an **Institutional Development Manager** to lead the institution’s institutional relationship, resource mobilization, communication, and accountability strategy. This is a strategic position with direct interface with the presidency, board of directors, donors, partners, and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Represent the Institute institutionally before donors, strategic partners, media, public agencies, and other stakeholders * Work closely in alignment with the Presidency * Maintain relationships with the Board of Directors and present periodic reports * Define goals and lead the resource mobilization strategy * Develop relationships with sponsors, donors, and partners * Expand and diversify resource mobilization sources * Coordinate institutional communication, image, and brand positioning initiatives * Support the production of institutional materials and liaison with press advisors * Manage incentive-based projects, from development through monitoring and accountability reporting * Ensure accountability reporting to competent authorities **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields * Relevant work experience, preferably in NGOs or the third sector * Experience in institutional relationship management and resource mobilization * Strong communication skills and strategic vision Compensation: R$1\.754,84 \- R$8\.681,79 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in São Paulo, SP
