The PCP (Production Planning and Control) area is responsible for planning, controlling, monitoring, providing operational support, and executing batch processing — all of which are essential to ensuring the bank’s business operations remain continuous, secure, and stable. We operate strategically and integrally with business areas, ensuring that all processing flows occur within established deadlines and comply with defined quality standards and service-level agreements (SLAs) agreed upon with business areas. Our focus is on ensuring operational predictability, risk mitigation, and efficiency in executing critical processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement, monitor, and oversee the execution of schedules and routines, ensuring that both automated and manual processing occurs within the timeframes agreed upon with business areas; * Monitor critical workflows, ensuring their uninterrupted and failure-free execution; * Execute changes in the production environment as described in each change’s execution plan and within the approved maintenance window; * Knowledge of Pipelines (development, building, and maintenance); * Execute releases in the UAT environment as specified for each release and within the requested time window; * Ensure timely handling of alerts generated from routine monitoring, aiming for the shortest possible response time and in accordance with the bank’s established process standards; * Ensure INCIDENTS and REQUESTS are handled within the agreed SLA; * Maintain the knowledge base up to date; * Intermediate or advanced analytical skills for log and/or error message analysis, performing detailed technical troubleshooting to resolve incidents or alerts by identifying root causes and applying First Call Resolution (FCR) solutions where available, or supporting War Room activities; * Initiate a War Room (WR) to address any critical alert, involving necessary teams for environment analysis and restoration; * Communicate INCIDENTS within official group(s) and channel(s), including WhatsApp and Microsoft Teams, following established standards and processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Intermediate knowledge of batch routines and processes; * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Knowledge of ITIL and COBIT; * Intermediate knowledge of AWS; * Intermediate knowledge of Windows / Linux operating systems; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work collaboratively and interact effectively with others; * Aptitude for learning and teaching; * Proactive mindset — taking initiative to acquire new knowledge or propose solutions without waiting for delegation; * Organized with strong time management skills; * Willingness to continuously learn and grow professionally; * Availability to work on a 5x2 rotating schedule, including 12-hour weekend on-call shifts; * Scripting development skills (Bash, Python, Shell, etc.) for automation purposes; * Familiarity with Grafana; * Intermediate knowledge of SQL for query creation and execution; * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency — mandatory for conversation, reading, and writing; * Intermediate/advanced English. **Differentiators:** * Intermediate Spanish proficiency; * Intermediate networking knowledge; * Certifications relevant to the area’s activities. **Additional Information** **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, standing side-by-side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
