There is much to learn—and many to learn from: over 16,800 employees worldwide exploring ideas and ambitions. **Position Objective** Responsible for operating material handling equipment, performing activities such as shipping, receiving, unloading, scanning, moving, storing, loading, locating, relocating, and stacking products. **Position Responsibilities** * Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, picked, and/or distributed; * Prepare products for shipment, ensuring quantity and type match customer orders; * Pick and store materials or items in racks, shelves, or boxes according to a predetermined sequence (size, type, style, color, or product code); * Load, unload, move, stack, and position products and materials in designated areas using forklifts, clamps, or other powered equipment; * Prepare unused materials for return to the main warehouse; * Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation and maintaining accurate records in the warehouse management system; * Maintain up-to-date inventory records for the warehouse and cold room, including product scanning; * Work with partner departments to resolve order discrepancies; * May be responsible for preparing documentation for raw material or finished goods movement; * Keep the distribution center/warehouse and equipment clean and safe, reporting maintenance needs when required; * Perform tasks in compliance with internal guidelines and regulations, promoting safety; * Identify deviations and document/communicate them per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager. **Requirements** * Availability for on-site work Monday through Friday in the West Zone of São Paulo (Jaguaré); * Completed high school education; * Safety training certifications (e.g., NR11); * Experience in a warehouse environment; * Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment; * Basic math and writing skills; * Ability to follow operational procedures for equipment use; * Ability to comply with safety standards during equipment operation; * Skill in operating forklifts and/or other powered equipment (with NR11 certification); * Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP), including barcode usage; * Familiarity with basic warehousing, shipping, and receiving procedures. **Benefits** * Medical and dental plans for you and your dependents; * Private pension plan; * Life insurance; * On-site restaurant; * Free parking, chartered transportation, or commuter allowance; * GymPass; * Daycare assistance (for women with children up to 5 years and 11 months); * Pharmaceutical assistance (medications with payroll discount); * Employee Assistance Program—confidential, specialized support and guidance in legal, psychological, financial, and social areas.
