




Job Summary: Responsible for remote assistance, security monitoring, incident logging, and emergency support, ensuring professional communication and compliance with regulations. Support in emergency situations and dispatching response teams. **Main Responsibilities:** · Provide remote assistance to residents, visitors, and service providers; · Grant or deny access according to established procedures; · Monitor security cameras and systems in real time; · Log incidents, requests, and information in the system; · Contact residents and responsible parties when necessary; · Support emergency situations following internal protocols; · Dispatch responsible teams in case of incidents; · Ensure compliance with security and service standards; · Assist in user registration, updating, and deletion within systems; · Maintain clear and professional communication during interactions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Experience handling public-facing service; * Concentrated attention and agility; * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule.
