Incident management and access control. * **JOB MISSION** Responsible for monitoring, supervision, and operation of the electronic security systems at the Operations Center. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES \- What and How?** -------------------------------------------------- Update incidents, pending items, and new information with the previous shift's CCTV operator; Guide customers via intercom—upon request—regarding resolution of issues arising during entry or exit from the parking area; Perform key control; Conduct screening of service authorizations; Review and sign all authorizations received from other departments, removing letters corresponding to services already completed or with expired dates, informing the immediate supervisor for follow-up actions, and transcribing service execution details into individual store record cards; Initiate surveillance procedures across the full coverage area of the CCTV system; Inform the Supervisor of incidents occurring during the shift so they may be included in the daily incident report; Communicate directly with in-house and third-party security personnel regarding incident tracking or suspected situations detected; Support the security team in monitoring and identifying suspicious elements or situations; Support store and facility opening/closing activities, identifying potential suspicious situations; Monitor the contracted security team, verifying area coverage; Report equipment issues related to the security system—including offline or malfunctioning cameras, non-functional alarms, etc.—to supervisors and record them in the incident logbook; Verify recording systems, playback functionality, and operational status of all equipment comprising the CCTV system; Perform a checklist covering camera positioning, panic alarm control center functionality, and intrusion detection system verification; Check elevator operation via the system—activating/deactivating/blocking floors as required—and activate/deactivate escalators; Monitor the facility’s panic alarm system, including those installed in stores; Perform daily CCTV monitoring operations across the entire facility; Complete the incident logbook and ensure the daily report accurately reflects all activities performed; Modulate and transmit messages on Security, Maintenance, Cleaning, and Parking frequencies; Accompany floor staff in checking access doors to the facility during non-operational hours and relay findings to the shift supervisor; Assume responsibility for operating the parking control panel and verify malfunctions in automatic entry/exit gates; Request authorization from the shift supervisor before releasing team members not requiring handover procedures; Receive authorization requests from floor posts (e.g., door opening authorization, restroom access authorization); Open and close automatic gates at controlled access zones and parking areas upon request from floor posts. **OBSERVATIONS** ---------------
