Your main responsibilities include: * Ensuring execution of operational processes. * Ensuring completion of unit tasks and routines to guarantee operational excellence, including training and team development. * People management and hiring. * Contributing to defining the unit’s monthly sales targets. * Financial control, inspector and client management. * Coordinating the flow of inspections conducted. Prerequisites: Experience in real estate agencies. Completed undergraduate degree. CLT employment contract. Work mode: In-person. Benefits: To be discussed. Working hours: 44 hours per week.
