




Job Summary: Hardware Engineer with experience in electronic and automotive product development, focusing on Head-Up Displays and project coordination with OEMs. Key Highlights: 1. Expertise in HUD module design and manufacturing 2. Experience with automotive connectors and image generation units 3. Coordination with headquarters and OEMs from conceptual design **Responsibilities:** Understand project requirements for HUD (Head-Up Display) modules and components, including manufacturing specifications. Experience with automotive electrical connectors, housings, combiner mirrors, and insulators. Experience with image generation units (TFT LCD, LCOS, DMD), polarizers, IR/UV cut filters, among others. Experience with spectrometer and luminance meter will be considered a plus. Basic knowledge of hologram calculation and windshield correction. Basic system-level knowledge of laser diodes, optics, LCoS, glare mitigation, and graphic development. Practical knowledge of problem management and mitigation systems (PLM) will be considered a plus. The engineer will be responsible for supervising component-level electrical validation tests per DVP\&R, preparing reports, and documenting/tracking issues. Comfortable working with various CAD tools (NX, CATIA). Experience in schedule and milestone management. Analyze customer and internal requirements and specifications, translating them into hardware designs. Self-motivated profile with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-driven professional, goal-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Support OEM development-phase events according to the product development schedule. Support OEM electronic product and automotive subsystem design and development. Serve as Liaison Hardware Engineer, coordinating with MOBIS headquarters and the OEM from conceptual design through final requirements, including reviews, design changes, and feasibility analyses. Work onsite at MNA and frequently at OEM facilities. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering — preferably Electrical Engineering or equivalent. More than 5 years of experience in electronic product design or automotive industry roles, with focus on PCB and circuit design. Practical knowledge of engineering concepts and principles. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with R\&D, marketing, manufacturing, internal suppliers, third parties, and customers. Strong ability to identify engineering issues and drive their resolution. Willingness to travel to manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and other countries.
