Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing construction tasks, including masonry, concrete work, piping, walls, and buildings, interpreting drawings and calculating required materials. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of construction and masonry work 2. Interpretation of drawings and specifications 3. Calculation of materials required for task execution ? Perform construction tasks involving masonry, concrete, and other materials; ? Install piping, anchor or grout pipes; ? Construct pipe boxes and grating boxes; ? Build galleries, placing rubble stones, supporting pipes, and applying grout; ? Construct and plaster brick or concrete walls \- guard rail; ? Construct buildings, courtyards, parking lots, warehouses, and similar structures, as needed, from inception to completion; ? Assess sites, interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications; ? Use trade-specific processes and instruments for construction; ? Use materials such as BGS and cement for curbs and gutter installation; ? Calculate the quantity of materials required for task execution; ? Carry out tasks, standards, and technical procedures; ? Schedule tasks according to the project timeline; ? Prepare reports on completed work and on parts and materials used.
