Controller - Accounting Manager

Responsibilities: Manage group reporting activities, analyze and manage KPIs. Provide financial and management reports to Brazil and LATAM leadership, recommending additional financial action plans. Partner with other departments to assess and identify business risks and opportunities. Monitor and analyze profitability across various business units. Develop and manage strategic financial projects related to M&A. Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company's actual performance versus business plans. Supervise finance department operations, define goals and objectives. Prepare periodic cost reports, trial balance, balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, and depreciation controls for audit tracking. Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences with active CRC registration.
