**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Visually inspect finished or semi-finished discs.
* Perform general foundry tasks, including sorting, rework, disc deburring, manual operations, weighing, packaging, and product identification.
* Assist with machine changeovers, material handling, cleaning, lubrication, etc.
* Assist in equipment operation when required.
* Meet production and scrap targets.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization at your workstation in accordance with 5S principles.
* Know and practice occupational safety obligations, rights, and responsibilities.
* Contact support departments when necessary.
* Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities under your responsibility.
* Perform other related and inherent duties.
