Practical contribution through coding **Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a Java Tech Lead to technically lead development squads, define architecture standards, ensure code quality, and serve as a technical reference for the team—while continuing to contribute hands-on with code. **Requirements:** ----------------- * 5+ years of experience in Java development * Prior experience in technical leadership or mentoring developers * Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, software architecture, and design patterns * Experience in modeling distributed systems and microservices * Advanced knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases * Experience with code reviews and establishing best practices * Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and business stakeholders **Desirable:** * Experience with GCP and infrastructure as code * Knowledge of observability (logs, metrics, tracing) * Experience with scalability strategies and performance tuning * Technical certifications (AWS, Java, Spring) * Experience leading architectural decisions (ADRs)
