Description: At Teddy Open Finance, we are looking for an AI Tech Lead who combines solid technical knowledge, leadership experience, and hands-on expertise with models such as ChatGPT. This professional will be responsible for guiding the development of intelligent solutions applied to the financial market, leading initiatives focused on LLMs, RAG, NLP, and autonomous agents. Responsibilities: * Lead the AI team in creating, maintaining, and evolving AI-based solutions, with a focus on Open Finance products. * Design and implement robust architectures using LLMs, especially tailored for use with ChatGPT, GPT-4/4o. * Implement autonomous agents and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows integrating vector databases, APIs, and internal data. * Ensure engineering best practices and MLOps (CI/CD for models, monitoring, and retraining). * Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Compliance teams. * Mentor the team, providing technical support and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. * Test and evaluate different generative AI approaches to build smarter, more responsive customer interfaces. Requirements: * Practical experience with ChatGPT-based models (OpenAI) and other LLM architectures (e.g., Claude, Falcon, LLaMA, Mistral). * Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and RAG frameworks. * Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and vector embeddings (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.). * Experience with MLOps: model versioning (MLflow, DVC), Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Experience working in agile environments with DevOps culture. * Experience with AI projects in real business contexts, preferably within the financial sector.
