Your Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to users and customers, assisting with questions and incidents related to operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, ERP or CRM systems; * Deliver support remotely and in person, always maintaining an empathetic, attentive, and professional attitude; * Collaborate in logging and tracking service requests, ensuring organization and excellence in the support provided; * Participate in technical visits to clients (always accompanied by a more experienced analyst), gaining real-world experience interacting with our clients; * Contribute to the team in maintaining organized and up-to-date process documentation; * Attend meetings and client interactions alongside the team manager; * Follow the Support area’s training plan, progressively advancing through stages and learning directly from experienced professionals. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Requirements: * Currently enrolled in a Technical Course in Information Technology/IT or a university degree program in related technology fields; * Genuine interest in learning, developing, and building a solid foundation for your career; * Clear communication, organization, and discipline; * Ability to work well in teams and willingness to receive guidance and feedback; * Availability for on-site work in Barueri-SP. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Participation in academic projects, events, and supplementary IT courses is highly valued; * Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a welcome advantage.
