If you have experience issuing fiscal documents, enjoy working with processes and organization, and seek a dynamic work environment, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **What is the purpose of this position?** Issue accurate invoices to avoid rework / Resolve system inconsistencies and propose improvements to make billing faster and more secure. **Why does this position exist, and what results are expected?** Ensure all sold items are billed and charged to customers; provide accurate data to the Accounts Receivable department. **What limitations or potential does this position offer?** A large portion of time is dedicated to repetitive tasks such as data entry, verification, and issuance of fiscal documents, and monthly closing — requiring capacity to handle high document volumes. **Your main activities will include:** * Issue and verify fiscal documents (NF\-e, NFCom, and NFS\-e); * Manage and track inventory movements; * Ensure correct issuance of fiscal invoices, minimizing rework and inconsistencies; * Support monthly billing closing; * Generate reports and cross-check information; * Identify and resolve systemic inconsistencies; * Contribute to process improvements, making billing more efficient and secure; * Ensure all sales are correctly billed, providing accurate information to Accounts Receivable. **What we seek in your profile:** * Experience in billing and issuing fiscal documents (NF\-e, NFCom, and NFS\-e); * Knowledge of inventory control; * Practical experience with taxes such as ICMS, ISS, PIS, and COFINS; * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel skills, with experience in data cross-checking and analysis; * Ability to handle high document volumes and meet deadlines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in billing: issuance of NF\-e (products), NFCom (telecom), NFS\-e (services), and inventory control. * Practical knowledge of taxes (ICMS / ISS / PIS / COFINS). * Bachelor’s degree: completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields. * Intermediate / Advanced Excel. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience with ERP **TOTVS Protheus** (Billing, Inventory, and Purchasing modules); * Knowledge of Power BI. **Additional Information** Salary: To be negotiated Work schedule: 5x2 \- Shift from 08:00 to 17:48 (100% on-site).
