Job Summary: Implement intersectoral and socioeducational actions within the Psychosocial School Support Service (SAEPS), promoting the holistic development of students enrolled in the Municipal Education Network. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide psychopedagogical support Implement intersectoral and socioeducational actions within the scope of SAEPS\-Psychosocial School Support Service, focusing on guaranteeing the right to quality education and fostering conditions for access, retention, learning, and holistic development of students enrolled in the Municipal Education Network. Promote inclusion and holistic development of students from the Municipal Education Network (RME) through artistic workshops, playful activities, and socioeducational interventions, thereby supporting learning, expression, social interaction, and socioemotional strengthening—coordinated with multidisciplinary teams and local social protection networks. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide individual or collective support for complex cases referred by MOBILE TEAMS; * Support MOBILE TEAMS and SME teams in addressing students experiencing severe difficulties in schooling and development; * Provide specialized support to children and adolescents facing significant challenges in learning and development processes; * Contribute to the care and protection of students diagnosed with dyslexia, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), or other learning disorders, aiming at their holistic development, supported by local SOCIAL PROTECTION NETWORKS; * Assist MOBILE TEAMS and SME teams in responding to the specific needs of students experiencing psychological distress; * Maintain up-to-date records of student follow-up in the information system designated by SME; * Participate in student intake procedures, conducting active listening, initial assessment, risk classification, vulnerability assessment, information gathering, and identification of required care interventions, ensuring humane service delivery; * Ensure intersectoral communication to promote comprehensive student care; * Participate in team meetings to enable multidisciplinary student support; * Attend training activities defined by SME; * Coordinate with MOBILE TEAMS, NAAPA COORDINATOR, and other NAAPA and SME professionals operating in the territory, establishing case study schedules and feedback mechanisms; * Plan educational, playful, and creative activities considering children’s and adolescents’ ages, interests, and needs; * Develop and adapt pedagogical materials and resources for workshops, tailoring them to different age groups and comprehension levels; * Facilitate workshops dynamically and engagingly, encouraging participation and learning among all attendees; * Collaborate with other professionals in the CEU WORKSHOP multidisciplinary team to integrate diverse approaches and expertise into activities; * Encourage individual and collective expression, valuing creativity and fostering an environment where children and adolescents feel free to express themselves; * Assist in mediating conflicts arising during activities, promoting communication and mutual respect among participants; * Create opportunities to develop empathy, teamwork, problem-solving, and self-expression; * Participate in capacity-building and training activities defined by SPDM and SME, aimed at professional development and institutional alignment \- (WORKSHOP/MOBILE TEAM); * Maintain absolute professional confidentiality regarding all student information and contexts attended, adhering to ethical principles and institutional regulations to ensure confidentiality, privacy respect, and sensitive data protection; * Operate within territorial WORKSHOPS via face-to-face services, meetings with school teams, and student follow-up, ensuring direct, continuous, and context-specific psychopedagogical support; * Perform other duties relevant to the position as required or determined by the immediate supervisor to ensure flexibility and address emerging institutional needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Preferably currently enrolled in undergraduate studies in Artistic Workshops; * Knowledge and training in Artistic Workshops for delivering educational and playful activities; * Experience required in art therapy workshops such as theater, music, dance, and visual arts; * Basic knowledge of conflict mediation and active listening skills. SAEPS will operate in coordination with the Municipal Education Secretariat’s (SME) Nucleus for Support and Follow-up for Learning (NAAPA), according to guidelines and regulations issued by SME to govern service operations. NAAPA aims to ensure comprehensive protection of rights for infants, children, and adolescents enrolled in Municipal Education Network EDUCATIONAL UNITS whose rights have been violated and/or who are experiencing distress, resulting in significant impairments to their development and schooling processes.
