Supporting leadership in the analysis of strategic and risk-related topics. * Ensure the organization, execution, and evolution of corporate governance and risk management, acting strategically and operationally to support senior leadership and improve the quality of institutional decisions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate governance (Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Committees), ensuring proper organization, procedures, agendas, and meeting quality. * Prepare, consolidate, and track materials, minutes, and resolutions, ensuring timely delivery, accurate records, and implementation of decisions. * Structure and strengthen the association’s governance model (Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Committees, and decision-making forums). * Design and implement the risk management framework, leading the identification, assessment, prioritization, and monitoring of institutional, operational, and strategic risks—ensuring visibility of impacts and defining mitigation plans to support decision-making. * Review and ensure compliance of policies, regulations, and institutional documents (e.g., bylaws, charters, etc.). * Support leadership in analyzing strategic topics with a critical and risk-aware perspective. * Lead governance, compliance, and culture initiatives (e.g., ethics, conduct, training programs). * Develop governance metrics and propose improvements to enhance the maturity of the area. * Collaborate cross-functionally across departments to align and advance governance practices. * Represent the area in internal forums and with leadership, ensuring consistency and quality in decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed (in Administration, Law, Economics, Accounting, or related fields). * Experience in corporate governance, risk management, compliance, or related areas. * Experience supporting Boards of Directors, Executive Committees, or other decision-making bodies. * Knowledge of policy, process, and control frameworks. * Experience in risk management is considered a plus. **Additional Information** * Health insurance for the employee. * Profit-sharing program tied to individual goals. * Meal allowance. * Food allowance. * Transportation allowance or parking. * Gympass. * Quick Massage. * Daycare assistance for children up to 4 years and 11 months old. * Birthday day off. * Dental insurance (employee-paid portion applies). * Life insurance.
