Implementation of data security and recovery strategies **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; \- Prior experience in technical support (hardware and software), IT infrastructure, and corporate networking; \- 100% on-site work. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Install and administer company servers, perform backup routines, ensure optimal functionality, provide technical support to internal users, resolve IT infrastructure-related issues, investigate and resolve incidents to restore services; \- Implement backup and data recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability, conduct disaster recovery tests, and verify procedure effectiveness; \- Maintain up-to-date infrastructure documentation regarding procedures, configurations, and policies; record incidents, problems, changes, and maintenance activities; \- Perform occasional equipment maintenance or arrange external maintenance when necessary; Implement appropriate infrastructure solutions aligned with business objectives, configure and install servers, storage systems, networks, and other components; \- Monitor infrastructure systems and components to identify issues or failures, perform preventive maintenance, apply software updates, and resolve performance issues to ensure IT infrastructure availability, reliability, and efficiency; \- Develop security measures to protect IT resources against vulnerabilities and threats, configure firewalls, intrusion detection systems, authentication and access control mechanisms, and conduct testing.
