If you seek challenges and an inclusive, diverse, and stimulating environment, this is the perfect opportunity to launch your career! **Responsibilities and Duties** **The challenges awaiting you at your next destination are:** * Azure expertise for: Managing **identities, groups, RBAC, Conditional Access**, MFA, and modern authentication. * Integrating solutions with **SSO**, federation, and Zero Trust principles. * Supporting cloud governance: **resource groups, policies, tagging, costs (basic FinOps)**. * Supporting configuration/management of **Key Vault, Storage, Monitor/Log Analytics** (where applicable). * Managing **compliance policies**, endpoint configuration, and security (Windows/macOS/iOS/Android). * Implementing and maintaining internal systems and configuration policies. * Supporting configuration/management of **Key Vault, Storage, Monitor/Log Analytics** (where applicable). * Administration and troubleshooting of: **Exchange Online; Teams; SharePoint/OneDrive, among others.** * Creating and maintaining **technical documentation**, runbooks, and operational procedures. * Experience with **Azure** and **Entra ID** (Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, groups, identities). * Practical experience with **Microsoft 365 Administration** (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive). * Knowledge of **OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)** — minimum operational level (IAM \+ networking \+ compute). * Endpoint and cloud service troubleshooting. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Must-haves in your background:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Technology. * Experience with **Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager**. * Experience with **Azure** and **Entra ID** (Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, groups, identities). * Practical experience with **Microsoft 365 Administration** (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive). * Knowledge of **OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)** — minimum operational level (IAM \+ networking \+ compute). * Endpoint and cloud service troubleshooting. * **PowerShell** for automation and administration. * Networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN, proxy, firewall) and security fundamentals. **Additional Information** **Here, you fly higher with the Travel Benefit**, allowing you to issue domestic and international air tickets at special discounted rates for yourself, family members, and friends. **And we must not forget the Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Group life insurance; * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Gympass or Totalpass; * Partnership club with hundreds of affiliated companies; * Birthday day off; * Profit-sharing program (PLR). **Important Information:** * Work Location: Headquarters \- Granja Julieta. * Working Hours: 8:00 AM \- 5:55 PM. * Work Model: Hybrid 4x1 (Monday to Thursday \- On-site / Friday \- Remote). **If you identify with our Way, apply now and join the Eagles Team!
