Monitoring and control of construction projects, renovations, and retrofits **Position: Facilities and Building Infrastructure Coordinator** Location: Vila Olímpia/SP Work Model: Hybrid (3 days per week on-site) Employment Type: CLT Working Hours: Monday to Friday – business hours Compensation: To be discussed Benefits: * SulAmérica Health Plan + Amil Dental Plan (immediate coverage; dependents may be included) * Life Insurance fully covered by the company * VA/VR via Flash card * Parking + Mobility Allowance * Vidalink partnership * Telemedicine * VR during vacation * Birthday day off * TotalPass **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate lease, facilities, and maintenance supplier contracts; * Monitor and control construction projects, renovations, and retrofits, ensuring schedule, cost, and quality; * Plan and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; * Support energy efficiency initiatives by monitoring consumption and proposing improvements; * Consolidate operational data and prepare reports and dashboards for senior management; * Lead technical teams (in-house and third-party) distributed across multiple locations; * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture; * Experience in management roles related to building maintenance, real estate management, or construction projects in multi-site operations; * Experience managing contracts and suppliers; * Organized, detail-oriented, and strongly results-focused; * Leadership ability and capacity to coordinate technical teams across multiple regions. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
