Manage operational teams, fostering efficiency and engagement Grupo Roma (Roma Fasteners and Importer) is looking for an **Operations Manager** for its distribution division. Are you passionate about challenges, possess strategic vision, and enjoy transforming processes into results? **Responsibilities:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise the company’s operational activities, ensuring achievement of productivity, quality, and deadline targets; Coordinate and optimize import, logistics, and distribution processes. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Manage operational teams, fostering efficiency and engagement. Ensure alignment across departments: procurement, inventory, sales, and customer service. Identify innovative solutions to reduce costs and increase productivity. Support senior management in developing strategic and budgetary plans; Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in operational processes. Ensure the billing team meets its targets and order picking goals. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields * Proven experience coordinating operations/logistics/import activities * Leadership and team management skills * Knowledge of inventory control systems and operational workflow * Digital-savvy, analytical profile with strategic vision * Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills under pressure * Experience importing from China (preferred) * Experience in the fasteners, fashion, or accessories industry (preferred) * Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools * Must reside in the central region of São Paulo, Brás, or nearby neighborhoods **Benefits:** * Opportunity to lead strategic changes in operations * CLT employment – On-site, Monday to Friday * Salary: BRL 5,000.00 + benefits (Meal Allowance + Transportation Allowance + Dental Plan + Gympass (Wellhub) + Breakfast). **If you fully align with this job scope, please send your resume—and grow with us!** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
