Full-Stack Developer Position Description: We are seeking a proactive Senior Technical Leader to serve as the engineering reference for our team. Responsibilities and Duties: * Architecture and Cloud (GCP): Design and implement scalable and secure solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, with an obsessive focus on high availability, performance, and cost-efficiency (FinOps). Define software and infrastructure architecture. * Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Serve as the technical reference for the squad, delivering mentorship, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. * DevOps and Engineering: Develop and maintain DevOps practices, including infrastructure-as-code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability. Ensure implementation of clean code and automated testing. * Strategy and Decision-Making: Actively participate in strategic technical decisions—including technology selection, architecture choices, and development practices. Collaborate with other leaders and stakeholders to ensure business requirements are efficiently met. * Continuous Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and GCP services, proposing continuous improvements to projects. Be willing to learn and work with diverse technologies and programming languages as required by the product. * Agile Ceremonies: Collaborate in planning and executing squad events, as well as orchestrating deployment and release processes. Requirements: * Leadership: Proven experience in people management or technical leadership of teams. * Technology Stack: Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript. * Software Architecture: Solid knowledge of design patterns, microservices, containers, SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and Clean Code. * Cloud Computing: Practical experience designing cloud-based solution architectures (preferably on GCP). * DevOps and Infrastructure: Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) environments and strong DevOps practices (release workflows, CI/CD). * Agile Culture: Mastery of agile methodologies and experience fostering an agile culture within teams.
