Structure and enhance recruitment and selection, training and development, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, and employee experience policies and processes. **What you need to have:** ✅ Proven experience leading generalist HR management; ✅ A solution-oriented profile capable of navigating between strategic thinking and hands-on execution; ✅ Bachelor's degree in a related field (a degree in Psychology is a significant advantage!).
