All individuals are welcome, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or disability. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for annual IT expense and investment planning and management, including monthly accounting provisions, IT department payments, and monitoring correct accounting treatment with accounting teams. Responsible for IT governance. Publishing and reviewing standards and procedures, and ensuring daily adherence to policies within the IT department and in its interactions with other departments. Supporting audit activities by ensuring collection and storage of all evidence related to auditable IT department processes, and assisting internal or external auditors during their annual compliance activities. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure IT investments remain within budget through planning, initiating execution, and verifying accounting treatment; * Ensure daily implementation of IT risk control, compliance, and governance processes to avoid operational or audit impacts, via daily, weekly, and monthly controls (based on each process’s criticality); * Ensure IT invoices (CAPEX and OPEX) are paid according to expected workflow and properly accounted for and/or provisioned; * Support IT teams in expense control—from annual planning through execution, deviation reporting, and remediation action plans; * Coordinate annual IT project planning with directors and the president, and ensure delivery throughout the year; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience (in field): 3 years in IT leadership roles involving budgeting and processes * Academic Qualification: Completed undergraduate degree in IT-related fields (Systems Analysis, Data Processing), Engineering, or Exact Sciences (Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry). * Desired Specific Knowledge: SOX, COBIT, ITIL, Project Management using PMI/PMBOK methodology. * Advanced English **mandatory** **Additional Information** **WE SUPPORT YOU THROUGHOUT YOUR JOURNEY WITH:** Transportation Allowance or On-site Parking; Medical Assistance; Dental Assistance; Life Insurance; Meal Voucher; **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** Work Location: Morumbi Region Welcome to Cinemark.
