




Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating administrative routines, supporting the HR Department, and managing the Customer Service Center (CSC), ensuring organization and compliance. Customer service and leadership support. **Main Responsibilities:** Responsible for coordinating the unit's administrative routines, acting as support to the HR Department, managing electronic timekeeping, document control, application and recording of disciplinary measures, and monitoring performance evaluations. Acts as the responsible person for the CSC channel, providing customer service, tracking customer complaints, and handling internal follow-ups. Ensures administrative organization, uniform control, signature collection, and leadership support, guaranteeing compliance with internal policies and contractual requirements. **Candidate Profile:** Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Proven experience in administrative routines and HR support. Experience with electronic timekeeping and disciplinary control. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, professional demeanor, and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
