Maintain consultative client relationships and field personnel management **HR Coordinator – Guarulhos/SP** A company in the temporary workforce supply sector serving major logistics players, headquartered in Extrema, is hiring a professional for its Guarulhos unit (NXS\-BRASIL). **About the Challenge:** We seek an HR Coordinator with a highly dynamic, hands-on profile and strong results orientation. This person will be responsible for structuring and managing the unit’s HR operations, primarily focusing on high-volume Recruitment \& Selection, Personnel Department routines, client service, and field operational support. **Key Responsibilities:** * Structure and lead the unit's HR team; * Manage high-volume Recruitment \& Selection operations, ensuring speed and delivery quality; * Directly engage with clients in a consultative manner, focusing on retention and expansion; * Coordinate field delegates (onboarding, employee follow-up, local support); * Manage Personnel Department routines (excluding payroll, which is centralized at headquarters); * Administer control and distribution of PPE across operations; * Monitor KPIs, targets, and unit performance; * Ensure continuous alignment with headquarters. **Requirements:** * Experience in generalist HR management, with strong expertise in high-volume R\&S; * Experience in outsourced, temporary, or logistics operations (a significant advantage); * Experience in client service and management; * Knowledge of Personnel Department routines; * Commercial mindset, sense of urgency, and results focus; * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, HR, or Psychology; * Residence in Guarulhos/SP (preferably near the city center); * Availability for weekly travel to Extrema (commuting). **Mandatory Requirements** (Elimination criteria): **Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources** **Experience building, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs/performance indicators** * **Essential soft skills:** assertive communication, negotiation, conflict management, client relationship management **Desired Profile:** We seek an energetic, adaptable individual capable of handling multiple demands simultaneously.
