Aligned with our DNA, we aim to foster a sustainable, developmental, and safe work environment. **Work Location: São Paulo \- SP** **Responsibilities and Duties** Approve, per the budgeted business plan, personnel movements (job openings, salary adjustments, promotions, and changes to variable compensation), ensuring budget compliance; Develop managerial and executive indicator models for internal people management presentations, as well as for the People Committee and management meetings. Receive from each manager, per employee, the breakdown of departmental and individual goals for calculating variable compensation attainment (ICP \- Short-Term Incentive), ensuring correct system entry (MEREO) and validation of calculations; Monitor monthly administrative and personnel expense variations per operation, as well as overtime, on-call hours, and time banks, requesting justifications for such deviations from operations and action plans to resolve identified difficulties. Coordinate the area, ensuring proper financial, administrative, and personnel resource management; Conduct people-related data analysis; Cross-business data with people indicators to generate strategic insights; Support leadership with analyses guiding organizational decisions; Contribute to building HR and operational executive dashboards and reports; Participate in initiatives strengthening a data-driven culture; Comply with internal standards related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, among others, pursuing continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or related fields.
