Support to managers with labor-related guidance **Position Summary:** Responsible for executing and controlling Human Resources Department processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, social security regulations, and collective bargaining agreements. Directly handles onboarding, payroll processing, vacation management, benefits administration, electronic timekeeping, terminations, and ancillary obligations, guaranteeing compliance and data integrity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute and verify payroll and social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF). * Process onboarding, terminations, vacations, and leaves of absence. * Manage electronic timekeeping, allowances, and monthly closing. * Generate and verify eSocial, SEFIP, RAIS, DCTFWeb, and other mandatory filings. * Interpret and apply clauses from Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and Collective Agreements. * Support managers and stores with labor-related guidance and HR Department routines. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in Human Resources Department routines. * Knowledge of labor legislation, eSocial, and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs). * Experience with systems such as Metadados is a plus. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Bachelor's or technical degree in related fields. **Competencies:** Organization, attention to detail, consultative attitude, and technical expertise Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Transportation Allowance * Pharmacy Benefit * Birthday Day Off (a paid day off on the employee's birthday)
