Working in the process area, you will: * Strategically address industrial problems, serving as the technical reference and process owner; * Develop, implement, and monitor improvement projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and increased productivity; * Conduct critical performance analyses of machinery and equipment; * Visit factories and suppliers to identify new technologies, automated solutions, and innovative proposals for the production process; * Actively participate in preparing and analyzing performance reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational efficiency metrics; * Lead technical projects involving factory layout review, automation of production stages, and equipment modernization; * Standardize and document processes, ensuring technical and operational compliance in production routines. 2512180202551787060
