




Job Summary: This professional will assist in shipping operations, including packaging, volume identification, order organization, and freight quotation, supporting logistics and inventory organization. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in packaging and identification operations for transportation 2. Organize orders for pickup and obtain freight quotations 3. Support the issuance of documents and inventory organization * Assist in packaging and identifying volumes for transportation. Organize and prepare orders for carrier pickup or delivery. Obtain freight quotations from carriers and delivery platforms (e.g., Lalamove), seeking optimal cost and time options. Support the issuance and verification of shipping-related documents, such as invoices and labels. Assist in inventory organization and goods dispatch control. Record potential discrepancies and report them to the responsible department. Maintain workplace cleanliness, organization, and safety. Contribute to improving departmental logistics processes. * High school diploma required. Prior experience in shipping and freight (mandatory). Familiarity with ERP systems and fiscal documents.
