We are seeking INDUSTRIAL OPERATORS 1 to join our team at FLOREND CHOCOLATES. As part of this role, you will be essential in ensuring efficiency and quality on our chocolate production line. The position requires commitment, attention to detail, and a production-oriented mindset. You will be responsible for PREPARING and MAINTAINING chocolate manufacturing machines, ensuring that all processes are carried out according to established quality standards. Your tasks will include cleaning and organizing the work environment, as well as assessing the need for preventive machine maintenance. Additionally, you must collaborate with the production team, assisting in packaging assembly and disassembly, operating machinery, and ensuring strict adherence to all safety and quality procedures. Prior experience in industrial production is a plus but not a mandatory requirement. What we seek is someone with a positive mindset, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
