Description:
Ensure facilities, equipment, and machinery remain in safe and operational condition through electrical and mechanical maintenance activities.
Responsibilities:
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, equipment, and industrial facilities;
* Independently carry out electromechanical maintenance tasks in accordance with technical standards and procedures;
* Comply with and support the maintenance scheduling plan;
* Diagnose failures and propose technical solutions for correction and improvement;
* Accurately record performed activities in the maintenance management system (ERP/CMMS);
* Interpret mechanical and electrical technical drawings (intermediate/advanced level);
* Perform maintenance on power and lighting electrical circuits;
* Assemble, adjust, and maintain electrical panels (control and power);
* Perform maintenance and assembly on pneumatic and hydraulic systems;
* Conduct welding operations (TIG, MIG/MAG, and shielded metal arc welding) at the operational level;
* Support standardization of processes and improvement of maintenance routines;
* Suggest improvements to enhance equipment reliability;
* Provide technical support to junior personnel;
* Safeguard company tools, equipment, and assets;
* Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations and good operational practices;
* Maintain workplace organization.
Requirements:
Technical education in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related fields;
Prior experience in industrial maintenance;
Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings;
Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment;
Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure;
Availability to work rotating shifts, if required.
