Contribute to logistics solutions for strategic customers **Description** We are seeking a professional to support the management of international processes, from planning to execution of operations, with a focus on freight forwarding and courier services. This employee will play an important role in monitoring deadline adherence, regulatory compliance, and maintenance of quality standards. They will also contribute to developing logistics solutions tailored to strategic customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in coordinating import and export operations, both air and courier. Maintain contact with customers, suppliers, airlines, international agents, and customs brokers to ensure effective communication. Monitor customs clearance processes, ensuring timely completion, cost control, and compliance with applicable legislation. Assist in preparing and reviewing shipping documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, AWB/BL, DI, LI, and certificates. Monitor operational performance indicators (KPIs) and propose process improvements. Stay informed about current customs regulations and standards. Suggest solutions to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines. Support training and guidance of new employees during operational processes, as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in International Trade, preferably in freight forwarding. Advanced knowledge of import/export and customs clearance processes.
