### **Main responsibilities:** * Analyze values and balances associated with transportation cards; * Perform balance transfers in cases of card loss, blocking, or reissuance; * Conduct document analysis for card approval and release; * Verify registration forms and documents, ensuring authenticity and consistency of information; * Validate eligibility for fare benefits, such as Passe Livre and Meia Tarifa; * Identify inconsistencies, registration discrepancies, and possible fraud indicators; * Manage and monitor requests related to transportation benefits; * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and information security policies; * Provide support to internal departments and customers regarding analyses and actions performed. ### **Desired qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of document analysis; * Attention to detail and analytical mindset; * Good communication and organizational skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite will be considered a plus. ### **Competencies:** * Critical and analytical thinking; * Responsibility and confidentiality regarding information; * Agility in decision-making; * Organization and commitment; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Salary:** R$ 1\.708,00 ️ **Meal allowance (VR):** R$ 17,35 per day **Transportation allowance (VT)** * **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday * From 09:00 to 17:12 **Location:** Av.
