Remote work with global opportunities **What We’re Looking For?** --------------------- We seek a Technical Leader / Data Specialist with strong ability to bridge business and technology, who serves as the technical reference in data projects, ensuring quality, governance, architectural alignment, and continuous evolution of data products. This professional will be responsible for providing technical leadership in data initiatives, coordinating partners, structuring requirements, and ensuring delivered solutions meet business needs efficiently and reliably. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------- * Collaborate with cross-functional Data Specialist teams, understand business processes, and translate business needs into technical solutions aligned with corporate architecture. * Design, review, and evolve data architectures, ensuring standards, best practices, and solution scalability. * Contribute to defining reference architecture, technical standards, frameworks, and guidelines for data technologies. * Review technical solutions proposed for new projects, assessing alignment with scope, functional and non-functional requirements, and infrastructure costs. * Document solution architectures, data flows, dependencies, and technical decisions. * Implement continuous improvements to architecture and processes to enhance performance, reliability, monitoring, and evolution of data products. * Gather requirements from business and technology areas, ensuring clarity, traceability, and alignment of demands. * Provide technical leadership to data teams and partners, overseeing backlog, prioritization, execution, and validation of deliverables. * Serve as the technical focal point in managing data service providers, tracking demands, validations, corrections, and evolutionary projects. * Create and maintain management KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to monitor team and data product performance. * Deliver executive presentations, communicating status, risks, progress, and technical decisions to leadership and stakeholders. **Requirements** -------------- * Solid experience in backlog management and data demand management. * Proven experience managing data service partners and vendors. * Strong ability to translate business demands into technical requirements. * Experience in technical validation of data deliverables, including consistency analysis, business rule validation, and comparison against official sources. * Hands-on experience in data architecture and analytical solutions. * Advanced SQL knowledge. * Python experience for data analysis, validation, or supporting data processes. * Experience creating and maintaining dashboards in Power BI. * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with both technical and business audiences. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Prior experience in complex corporate or multinational environments. * Experience with data governance, remediation of legacy issues, and improvement of existing processes. * Experience with KPIs and metrics for managing data teams. * Involvement in data projects spanning multiple business areas and dependencies. * Experience delivering presentations to leadership and executive management. **Work Location** ------------------------- Remote – Brazil (with global opportunities). **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** ------------------------------------------- We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic, challenging environment where professionals can interact with diverse technologies, participate in strategic projects, propose new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil — and the world.
