Job Summary: Responsible for tax calculation and verification, fiscal bookkeeping, submission of ancillary obligations, and client support at an accounting office. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and verification of invoices **Responsibilities:** * Calculation and verification of federal, state, and municipal taxes (Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real); * Fiscal bookkeeping of purchases, sales, and services; * Submission of ancillary obligations, such as **SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, DCTF, EFD\-Reinf, GIA, ISS, ICMS, PIS, and COFINS**; * Analysis and verification of invoices (NF\-e, NFS\-e, and NFC\-e); * Monitoring of tax legislation and continuous updates regarding fiscal changes; * Client support and technical assistance for the portfolio under your responsibility; * Support during audits, inspections, and any related requests from regulatory authorities; * Ensuring compliance with deadlines and fiscal conformity for serviced companies. **Requirements:** * Degree in **Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields**; * Prior experience at an **accounting office**; * Proven experience with companies under **Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real**; * Solid knowledge of tax legislation; * Experience with accounting and tax systems (e.g., **Domínio, Alterdata, Contmatic, Protheus**, or similar); * Proficiency in **Excel**. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (3 days onsite and 2 days remote after probation).
