We are strengthening a squad responsible for evolving a Data and Analytics product aimed at leadership, with the goal of transforming data into strategic decisions that directly impact the People community’s experience. This team will face the challenge of evolving a product that connects software engineering, data, and analytics—ensuring scalability, reliability, and end-to-end value generation.
**Responsibilities and Assignments**
* Define architecture and development standards for solutions involving backend, frontend, and data.
* Guide strategic technical decisions and trade-offs.
* Provide technical leadership to the squad, influencing the evolution of engineering and data disciplines.
* Ensure quality, security, observability, and scalability in deliverables.
* Support the breakdown of strategic initiatives into incremental value deliveries.
* Continuously evolve data flows and product architecture.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders (product, business, and analytics), bridging strategy and execution.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Solid software engineering experience (APIs, microservices, distributed architecture).
* Experience serving as a Tech Lead or technical reference in agile squads.
* Technical leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
* Experience developing systems involving data and analytics.
* Experience with data processing/transformation in AWS environments.
* Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem.
AWS Practitioner certification (minimum required).

**Preferred Qualifications:**
* AWS Associate-level or higher certification.
* Experience with data visualization tools (QuickSight or similar).
* Frontend experience (Angular or similar frameworks).
* Experience with DataOps / MLOps.
Prior experience in multidisciplinary squads (backend, frontend, and data).
