TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT ANALYST - VILA DE ABRANTES / CAMAÇARI-BA
Ensure excellence in the delivery of Icatu Brasil's services through proactive monitoring, early identification of improvement opportunities, strategic management of feedback from employees, customers, and points of sale (PDVs), and implementation of corrective/preventive actions before issues cause wear-and-tear or contract loss.
Purpose: Position Quality as the engine for sustainable growth, customer retention, and competitive differentiation, promoting a data-driven culture, use of AI/BI, customer success, and continuous improvement across the entire organization.
**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
* Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Quality Management, Process Management, or related fields. Preferred: postgraduate degree/MBA in Quality Management, Customer Success, Operations, or Operational Excellence.
* Experience: Minimum of 6 months in quality management, customer success, operations, or auditing, preferably within service companies, trade marketing, outsourcing, or regulated sectors.
* Knowledge: Quality methodologies (ISO 9001, PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma), customer success management, data analysis/BI (Power BI), quality and operational KPIs, AI tools applied to quality, auditing, crisis management.
* Desired certifications: Green Belt/Black Belt (Six Sigma), ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, Customer Success Manager (CSM), Power BI, Data Analysis.
**TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (HARD SKILLS)**
* Quality and audit management: methodologies, standards, internal/external audits, root cause analysis (RCA), PDCA, FMEA.8quali\+1
* Data analysis and BI: Power BI, advanced Excel, statistical analysis, executive dashboards, data storytelling.pontotel\+1
* Quality/customer success KPIs and metrics: NPS, CSAT, CES, FCR, compliance rate, health score, churn rate, LTV, recurrence rate.solides\+5
* AI tools: sentiment analysis, risk prediction, automated alerts, chatbots.
* Feedback and survey management: creation, deployment, analysis, and action plans.
