Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant for events and parties, responsible for daily tasks, process management, and attending supplier meetings. Key Highlights: 1. This position is for event and party production. **Responsibilities and Duties** * General production assistant supporting daily nucleus operations. * Monitoring spreadsheet management and process control. * Assisting in alignment meetings with suppliers and managing deliverables. * Reviewing texts, visual designs, and presentations. * Monitoring social media accounts of partners and other companies in the industry to bring new insights and trends. **Requirements and Qualifications** Field production experience in parties and events. Basic Office suite knowledge (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
