Job Summary: A dedicated professional to work in a compounding pharmacy, performing order entry, document issuance, and process organization. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on attention, responsibility, and commitment to quality One of the most traditional compounding pharmacies in the ABC Paulista region is seeking a dedicated professional for our team. **Responsibilities:** * Enter orders into the FórmulaCerta system; * Edit/issue labels and production sheets; * Print production orders, prescriptions, and labels for pharmacist verification; * Organize and manage the mailbag for the customer service department; * Implement changes as identified by the pharmacist during initial verification; * Track returned orders back to Customer Service; * Issue delivery/pickup manifests; * Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries; * Archive production sheets after final verification; * Ensure continuous flow of prescriptions into production. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Preferably 1 year of experience with the Fórmula Certa system (order entry, editing, and issuance). * Experience with mandatory elements in medical prescriptions per RDC 67 regulations, including: prescriber’s name, patient’s name, requisition number, prescription validity, composition and quantities, number of units, weight or volume, dosage instructions, and date of prescription. * Attention to processes and sense of urgency; * Responsibility and commitment to information quality; * Availability to work during standard business hours; * Residence with easy access to the city center of São Bernardo do Campo\-SP * **We want to learn about you and your experiences.** Compensation: R$1\.612,00 \- R$2\.012,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
