Let’s move forward—here’s what we expect from you: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Experience and knowledge in Project Management and Business Analysis; * Experience in people and team management; * Professionals with experience and hands-on practice in managing strategic projects; * Communicative and collaborative, with organizational and leadership abilities; * Comfortable working autonomously and making business-related strategic decisions; * Logical mindset for eliciting and analyzing technical requirements aligned with business requirements; * Preferred: familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Project, others). Key Responsibilities for this role: * Participate in all phases of the project development lifecycle (planning, implementation, validation, monitoring, and support). * Measure and report productivity, quality, and effectiveness metrics for projects; * Ensure adoption of best practices and tools aligned with Agile and Traditional frameworks; * Conduct ceremonies effectively; * Identify new products and features that deliver value to our customers; * Manage the product roadmap, incorporating customer feedback, security requirements, and revenue and engagement opportunities; * Organize and prioritize the backlog to guide deliveries; * Maintain the product roadmap; * Document projects; * Drive and enable innovation and development of new digital technologies and products; 2512020202181667058
