We want to meet you! **Responsibilities and duties** **Your Role as a Protagonist of Transformation:** We are a development team focused on ensuring the quality of Topaz’s products through test automation and the creation of optimized internal solutions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing automated tests to ensure the robustness of the systems comprising the platform, coordinating with the rest of the team working across different infrastructure layers, and guaranteeing application performance, quality, and responsiveness. You will participate in product planning and development with a quality-oriented mindset and collaborate with cross-functional teams while adhering to best development practices. You will conduct exploratory testing of developed features and automate product tests, consistently applying best practices throughout the development lifecycle. **Requirements and qualifications** **What We’re Looking for to Join Our \#TopazTeam:** Develop Python applications aligned with the needs of our products Design and implement automated tests Leverage AI as an accelerator Identify and resolve bottlenecks Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation Actively drive change by embedding a quality mindset within Product Squads *Bonus:* Experience with or knowledge of BDD and Python proficiency Proficiency with GIT Experience with programming best practices and agile methodologies Knowledge of continuous integration A critical and curious mindset is highly valued in our team Basic Spanish is a plus **Additional information** Your experience at Topaz is our top priority!
