Continuous improvements and platform reliability **Date:** March 24, 2026 **Location:** São Paulo, São Paulo **Company:** B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão **About the job** **Position:** Senior Support Analyst (Cloud and On\-Premises) **Location:** São Paulo/SP **Publication date:** 03/24/2026 **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Provide Level III support for business applications and infrastructure, both on\-premises and in the cloud; * Lead incident management, ensuring rapid restoration of critical services; * Validate platform components and ensure their proper operation; * Open, investigate, and escalate incidents as needed; * Participate in planning and executing projects in production environments; * Implement changes and new system versions; * Monitor the environment and operate and automate productive processes; * Collaborate with internal teams to enhance system efficiency and availability; * Contribute to continuous improvements and increased platform reliability. **Team responsibilities** Support the B3 Counter Platform systems, ensuring stability, availability, and performance of both on\-premises and cloud environments, while providing direct support to participants and internal users.
