With a collaborative and dynamic environment, the company values autonomy, technical excellence, and continuous learning, strongly emphasizing integration among engineering, data, and artificial intelligence to deliver real business impact. **Responsibilities** * Design and evolve microservice-based backend architectures * Develop solutions in C\# with .NET 8/9 applying Clean Architecture, DDD, and CQRS * Define architectural standards, domain modeling, and integrations * Build and maintain secure, scalable REST APIs * Ensure quality through TDD and automated testing * Operate autonomously to solve complex problems * Serve as a technical reference, supporting the team via code reviews * Integrate financial systems and data pipelines * Work in a cloud environment (Azure) with production responsibility * Support operational stability and maintenance routines **Required Qualifications** * Strong proficiency in C\# with .NET 8+ * Practical experience with microservice architecture * Mastery of Clean Architecture, DDD, CQRS, and SOLID * Advanced experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) * Experience with Dapper and/or Entity Framework * Experience with automated testing and TDD (xUnit, NUnit, or similar) * Knowledge of Docker * Experience with CI/CD (preferably Azure DevOps) * Experience with REST APIs (security and best practices) * Familiarity with messaging systems and event-driven architecture * Knowledge of Python for automation, integrations, and data support **Nice-to-Have** * Experience with financial systems * Experience with data pipelines * Knowledge of observability and monitoring * Experience with high-volume and distributed systems * Prior experience as a technical reference or in a leadership role
