SDR (Sales Development Representative)

If you seek an agile, innovative environment with genuine growth opportunities, join us in building the future! **Your mission at CashGO:** * Initiate first contact with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail; * Qualify business opportunities by understanding the client's profile and needs; * Schedule meetings for the sales team (closers); * Maintain and update the CRM with all interactions conducted; * Ensure a consultative approach and deliver an excellent customer experience from the very first contact; * Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation; * Identify opportunities to enhance prospecting processes. **Requirements:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Proactive, organized personality with a strong sense of urgency; * Strong argumentation ability and active listening skills; * Goal- and results-oriented mindset; * Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems; * Prior experience as an SDR or in sales is a plus. **Employment model:** * PJ contract (individual contractor) **Work model:** * Remote work 4 days per week \+ 1 day on-site **Benefits:** * Paid time off: 30 days to recharge * Innovative and collaborative environment * Culture focused on learning and growth **Location:** * Pinheiros – São Paulo/SP
